FIT 2 FIGHT
Senior Airman Anthony Paladie was one of the most intelligent, motivated, and kind individuals you could hope to meet. Heartbreakingly, just a few months after I produced this video, SrA Paladie died by suicide. While my goal with this video was to highlight physical fitness, it now reminds me to pay close attention to the mental fitness of those I care about. Keep an eye on the people around you who may be suffering in silence.
